My journey into photography started long before I ever held a professional camera. Growing up, my grandma documented everything. Birthdays, messy hair mornings, school plays, quiet in-between moments - nothing was too small to capture. Because of her, I have photo albums filled with memories from the day I was born until now.
When she passed her camera down to me, it wasn't just equipment - it was legacy. Five years ago, I began using it to document the world around me, not knowing it would completely shape my future. What started as a creative outlet slowly became the dream I now to get live full-time since 2022.
Now at 24, I’m not only a photographer — I’m a mama. Because of the incredible people who trust me with their stories, I get to build my schedule around my daughter. I get to be present. I get to stay home with her. I don’t have to miss the milestones or the ordinary Tuesdays that become core memories.
And that’s why this work matters so much to me.
Because I know what it feels like to have your life documented — and I know how priceless that becomes over time.
